Each person is important. Everyone has the right to be treated well. All people must be treated equally. No one should treat people bad because they are different. For example:
Because you were born in another country. Because you have a different skin color.
Because you are a woman. Or because you are a man. Because you are a woman and you feel like a man. Because you are a man and you feel like a woman.
Because you are a woman and love a woman. Because you are a man and love a man. Because you love women or men. Because you love women and men.
Religion and faith
Because you do not believe in God. Because you have a particular religion. Because you are religious.
Because you have a disability. Or because you do not have a disability.
Because you are too old. Or because you are too young.
The Centre for Equal Treatment exists since 28 November 2006. The Centre for Equal Treatment is called CET. The CET monitors that all persons are treated the same way. For example: Some persons have a handicap. They cannot find a job because of their handicap. They are treated less well than other persons because of their handicap. This is not right. You can get help from the CET. You can get information from the CET. For example: You are treated less well than another person. You can contact the CET. You see that a person is treated less well than another. You can contact the CET.
